Parish Records Management Software (PRMS) is developed and owned wholly by e-Celtic Ltd. We were previously based in the old St. Paul’s church on North King Street but have now moved to Malpas Street. e-Celtic is comprised of experienced archivists, and IT specialists who have digitised thousands of manuscript registers for parishes, libraries, museums and other organisations.
PRMS began as a database system that one parish commissioned the team at e-Celtic to develop. The registers were scanned and then data was entered to develop a system by which the database could be managed.
After completing the project, e-Celtic realised that PRMS could be used to manage records of other parishes across the country. The development team began to develop a revised and improved version.
With the new version of PRMS it is now possible to print, add, delete and edit records in any format. PRMS can be customised to suit your parish.
